Ms Rachel Chibaya is a registered Legal Practitioner and has been in private practice since 2010. She is the Founding Partner at R Chibaya Law Chambers, a middle size vibrant law firm in Harare.

In 2018 she was honored as the Winner in the legal service category at the Women in Enterprise Awards by the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce. In 2021 she was given a special award as a Legal Practitioner of Repute at the Zimbabwe CEO”s Network

IIn 2023 She was honoured with the Outstanding Strategic Leader of the Year Platinum Award at the Megafest Women’s Business Awards. She is currently a Councillor at the Law Society of Zimbabwe for the Harare Region.

Mr Adrian T. T Mbotshwa is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer who has been in private practice since 2018. He is the Senior Associate at R Chibaya Law Chambers, a middle size vibrant law firm in Harare.

He graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 2017 with an upper second class degree with a Bachelor of Law Honours Degree. He is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe.

Conveyancing secretary: Jokina Mugauri joined R Chibaya on the 1st of April 2018 as a conveyancing officer from Mabulala & Dembure where she had worked in conveyancing department for 12 years in a secretarial role.She is an expert in typing conveyancing documents and documents on registration of securities.

Oliver J. P Munguri is an LLB graduate from the University of South Africa having graduated in June 2022.He is currently a graduate trainee at R. Chibaya Law Chambers, a middle-sized vibrant law firm located in Harare, Zimbabwe since October 2022. He is passionate towards Corporate/Commercial law, Criminal law, Labour law, Family Law, Medical Law, litigation, Law of Property, Legal Research and Conveyancing. He is an innovative individual with a passion for justice who is strongly adept at conducting legal research.

Ms Samantha Tariro Mguwata is a registered Legal Practitioner and Conveyancer. She graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with an LLB Honours degree in December 2020.She is an innovative, self-motivated, confident and versatile Legal Practitioner. She has a bias for the following disciplines, Family Law, Corporate Law, Law of Succession, Law of Property and Labour Law.
