Mr Adrian T. T Mbotshwa is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer who has been in private practice since 2018. He is the Senior Associate at R Chibaya Law Chambers, a middle size vibrant law firm in Harare. He graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 2017 with an upper second class degree with a Bachelor of Law Honours Degree. He is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe.
He is a member of the Swiss Chinese Law Review (SCLR) and has written several publications. He further graduated with a specialized Master of Laws in Lands and Natural Resources. He was awarded with a special honour in investor-community relations. He has keen interest in civil litigation as well as mineral resource governance litigation. He further has bias towards Administration of Estates and registration of securities. He Advocates for Corporate Social Responsibility and the emancipation of the young man and woman in the different sectors and spheres of the economy. He is a Christian and a Father of one
